Child Safety Standards
Kinda has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
Last updated: 21 September 2026
- Kinda is an adults-only service for people aged 18 and over.
- Any sexual exploitation or endangerment of a child is strictly prohibited.
- Users can report concerns in the app or to hello@kindahelps.com.
- We remove harmful content or accounts and report to the appropriate authorities when required.
1. Zero tolerance
These standards apply to every user and all use of Kinda. A child or minor means anyone under 18. Kinda must never be used to create, upload, store, request, share, distribute, promote or facilitate CSAM or any sexual content involving a child.
Grooming, sextortion, sexual solicitation, trafficking, coercion, sexualisation of a child, attempts to obtain sexual content from a child, and any other conduct that exploits or endangers a child are prohibited. Attempts to facilitate, conceal or direct another person to such conduct are also prohibited.
2. Adults-only service
Kinda is intended only for users aged 18 and over. Users must complete our identity and age verification process before they can use interactive features such as posting, messaging or arranging help. Misrepresenting age or attempting to bypass verification is prohibited.
Adult-only access does not reduce our child-safety responsibilities. These standards apply whenever a child may be affected by activity connected with Kinda.
3. Prevention and detection
We use measures designed to prevent and identify abuse, including document-based identity and age verification, content moderation, account controls, and tools that allow users to report content or accounts and block other users.
4. How to report a concern
Users can report suspected CSAE, CSAM, grooming or other child-safety concerns using Kinda's in-app reporting tools. You can also contact our designated child-safety point of contact at hello@kindahelps.com.
Do not download, forward or attach suspected CSAM to an email. Instead, share non-graphic information that helps us locate the issue, such as the relevant username, profile, listing, message reference or link. If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or law enforcement first.
5. Our response
When we become aware of suspected CSAE or CSAM, we assess the report and take appropriate action. This may include restricting access, removing content, suspending or terminating an account, preserving relevant information where lawful, and preventing re-registration.
We report confirmed CSAM and other reportable child-exploitation conduct to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or the relevant national or regional authority when required by applicable law. We cooperate with lawful requests from law enforcement and child-safety authorities.
6. Designated child-safety contact
Our designated contact for users, Google Play, law enforcement and child-safety authorities is hello@kindahelps.com.
